About us
CVK & HOMES, belongs to the group of companies of La Compagnia Veneto-Kitai, a company created in 2004. We arrived in Miramar in 2006, in the form of a joint-venture with Banco Santander, of which we were an office until the arrival of the banking crisis. . Since then we have opted to be exclusively a Real Estate Agency.
Our vocation is to provide service to our clients, in any of the lines of business we have: “we help people sell their property on the beach and we help people make their dream come true by buying a property on the beach.”
Our services are turnkey, our clients only have to trust our extensive experience and choose what they want to do with the extraordinary income obtained from the sale of their property, or choose what property they want to have on the coast; We take care of the rest, absolutely everything. From the legal issues that this could imply, inheritances, divorces, etc. until the domiciliation of the property supplies and the capital gain.
For this we prepare and continually take training courses so that in addition to our experience and training we are updated on all the regulations that affect the real estate sector.
We are API members with number 00605. Our agency is legally registered, as required by law, in the registry of real estate agencies of the Generalitat Valenciana with number 1938. We belong to the most prestigious association of International Real Estate Agencies AGORA, and the association of professional women in the real estate sector with a national AMPSI character. We are a tourist housing management company under number 201-V and we serve 100 tourist properties, taking care of comprehensive management.
