In case a member of your family comes and forgets to bring the keys, or if the keys are lost during your stay. 
Every month we check your property, we open the windows, letting the air renew, which is so important for the house to breathe, checking that there is nothing anomalous, that no leaks have occurred and that no insects have entered. We attend to all the external services that you need, for example if there has been a breakage in the community and you have to open your property to the expert, we will come. If you have ordered a washing machine and they send it, we come. If you have left the book you are reading, we will go. If you need cleaning service we offer it to you. And if what you want is to make small renovations too.
